The Orient RA-AA0812L Mako III, also known as the ‘Kamasu’, is part of one of Orient’s most popular lines and embraces everything you’d want from a watch that offers tremendous value for money.

To start, this awesome diving watch has an in-house Orient Cal. F6922 automatic movement. It’s suitable for nearly any outfit and nearly every occasion due to be very elegantly shaped, with a 42mm (46mm lug to lug) case and mere 13mm thickness. You can wear the watch during swimming with its 200m water resistance (although it’s not suited for air diving), but it will also look great with a suit or casual wear. It’s a true all-rounder with a great design, great quality and a true mechanical in-house movement that also features sapphire glass.

A very nice limited edition that has a somewhat “African” feel which is what I was looking for. The box itself is a marvel. Also has a certificate that confirms the limited edition status. The watch itself is a great size and comfortable to wear. The dial is very different from other watches and its undertones reflect well under sunlight. This has to be one of the best watches in my collection and a true work of art.
