The only reason I can’t give you a full 5 stars is because despite me putting a note and emailing your support staff to please inform the courier to PLEASE PHONE ME when outside prior to delivery as I am not always available and could’ve made prior arrangements for receipt. This delayed delivery of my watch by an extra day. I do appreciate Bongani doing his best to try and sort it out but I urgently needed the watch for a personal event. The watch itself is great, but a bit more attention to customer request would go a long way.
