The WILBERRYS Auction has been re-invented to make it easier to join in and start bidding!
Existing WILBERRYS retail customers need to register separately in order to participate. Simply click the JOIN NOW button to register. Select a username, enter your email address and password.
It takes a few seconds, and you’re all set to go! It is FREE to register and bid!
NOTE: The auction website is operated separately from our main retail website (www.wilberrys.co.za) – logins won’t work and you need to register separately for auctions.
RULES & TERMS
- Auctions feature luxury goods that open from R1 or more and will be sold to the highest bidder.
- You have to register in order to participate and place bids. It is FREE of charge to register!
- All auction items are BRAND NEW unless otherwise stated in the description.
- Auctions are sold without boxes or manuals.
- We charge extra fees for the official box packaging and manuals:
- 5% of the winning bid for the official gift box and 2% of the winning bid for any manuals or paperwork that come standard with the item. These fees are optional. You can take the items without these options.
- All auction items are 100% AUTHENTIC/GENUINE and AUTHORISED by brands for auctions
- You can place your bid by entering an amount on the auction page. If you are leading the bidding, your username will appear on the page.
- Once an auction has ended, the winning bidder will be notified in order to complete the sale online.
- You can also login and check auction status in your account under AUCTIONS >> BIDS WON or by clicking the MY WINNINGS link in the menu
- If you’re on the auction item page a PAY NOW button will appear for the winning bidder.
- The winning bidder has 48 hours to complete the sale online and make payment. Auction prices and stock placed on auction is extremely limited and prices cannot be held for longer than this period.
- We accept payment via credit cards on PAYFAST Secure or EFT/Cash Deposits into our FNB account. We do not store or hold any payment information and all transactions are secure and encrypted.
- We deliver NATIONWIDE across South Africa via courier. Expect to receive your items within 24 – 48 hours after payment (weekends and public holidays excluded).
- Delivery is charged at R189 per order.
- Auctions will automatically extend if last minute bids are placed.
- Automatic bids are enabled and you can bid up to a maximum value to prevent “sniper” bidders from winning at the last minute.
- Warranties on watches are sold separately as auctions are not sold at full retail prices. Add 10% of the winning bid value to receive official warranty coverage (usually 1 -2 years) for your valued timepiece.
- All bids INCLUDE VAT at 15% – the winning bid amount is the price that you pay!
- Once a bid is placed, only auction security admins can amend or delete bids. Contact support@wilberrys.com for assistance.
- WARNING: Do not bid unless you intend on making payment and completing the sale. Auction security will block accounts from bidding should this occur. Auctions constitute a legally binding agreement and non-payment is subject to possible litigation and bad credit ratings.
